    Dokan layout + Request Quote button not working

    Hi Support, I've following issues need your support asap.

    1. The layout of vendor dashboard is run away. Please refer to screenshot 1.
    2. The request quote button is unable to replace the add to cart button or even have both. Please refer to screenshot 2 & 3.
    3. The icons are missing from store page. Please refer to screenshot 4.

    Hi,

    There are some other issues below.
    1. Tried to hide price and add to cart for product and seems not working.
    2. Product uploaded by vendor. I've set the setting for review required but it has published directly.
    3. The icons on revolution slider are not working.
    4. How to hide the cart icon from header?
    5. How to hide the My Account > Seller Support Ticket button from header?

    Sorry for letting you wait for a long time.
    I got the answer from my coder:
    1. DONE
    2. New Product Status: Pending Review
    When creating a new product by a vendor, the status is Pending. It must wait for the exception of the Admin then the status will be changed to Publíhed. You said that you created a new product, the Status was Published, not Pending as the setting.
    => The problem is that you create a new product by Vendor which already bypassed the approval: https://prnt.sc/tcU34Q25gPJx (You create a product by this Vendor)
    Then when you go to the Edit, you will see that they have already granted permission to bypass approval so the product created with this vendor will be published: https://prnt.sc/rAyAEchTATZv
    3. I still see the icon works on the slide.

    Hi,
    1. You didn't fix the dokan setting to hide the price and add to cart. Current you see no price and button because I removed the product price.
    2. I never set the bypass setting on the vendor. How to disable by default?
    3. I don't see the icons working on revolution slider. Please see screenshot attached.

    1. He says that perhaps the option of Dokan has a problem. He added more codes in the Child theme/functions.php to hide price và add-to-cart: https://prnt.sc/vLgW_v5dbpDs

    loop -> list product ( shop, shortcode product, related, up-sell, cross-sell, ... )
    single -> single product page

    2. He is sure that someone enabled it. This default option is disabled. You can create a new user then you will see it.

    Dear,

    I got the answer from the coder:
    It's impossible to do as you said.
    The Child theme is to custom again all templates in the Main theme. Last time, we supported you by using the Child theme > customized again the code (a piece of code) or a template (template is a file).
    Now you want to use the same with emplate ".../dokan-product-enquyt-email.php". But you misunderstood this. This template is in dokan-pro plugin so you can't do the same as we did the custom like the Child theme.
