Elementor not works to edit the pages

If i need to use elementore it showing error and also i get email from wordpress there is some issue in /ovic-addon-toolkit plugin so when i disable it the elementor it works fine when i enable the /ovic-addon-toolkit plugin it doesn’t work i have last update for the theme
