COLOUR OF HOME PAGE HEADER IS DIFFERENT FROM ITEMS PAGE HEADER

Hello,
I changed the colour of my HOME PAGE HEADER to red. See screenshot below. But when I click on items/products or any other page, the header of those pages is not red like my home page. Instead, it is colour blue. I am stuck. Kindly advise on how I can change that blue to red to have a uniform header. Thank you.
