THEME NOT LOADING WELL.

Hello,
My Dukamarket theme is not loading well. The blocks and parts seem to be very disorganised as if internet is slow. But when I load other websites, they load well. Which means issue seems to be with theme. Kindly assist.
TWO: Kindly direct me on how to deactivate license of theme from one site and activate on another.
First applied theme on visionshop.co.ug but would like to deactivate that license and use it on kitchen.musabody.com
