Thanks for your question.
My coder says that you can provide the admin + FTP account. Then he will use the Child theme to custom again the template mobile and rearrange icons.

So pls provide the needed accounts and we will help you to check it.

I hope that it's easy for you to custom:

- Use Child theme, custom again file "mobile-style-03.php"
- templates/mobile/mobile-style-03.php
- Overwrite all code on the file by this code:
( check the attached notepad below)

Then let me know the result
