Not enough customization

So could you please let me know how you want to customize the header?
And provide the admin account + screenshots, I will help you to check it.
Anyway, the header section is not the part you can edit with the template. Because it is not a page. So you just can select the available style for the header in Theme Options. If you want to modify anything, we need to check it first then will give you the correct support.
