    Website issues after upgrade

    Good day, I upgraded to the latest version of the theme and plugins, and after the update my website is broken. The custom design options on the modules are not taking effect on the front end, and the Design Options tab is just blank in the Editor. Please assist.

    Could you please take screenshots of your issue? Then I will check it all faster.
    Currently, I don't see anything broken. And please let me know the steps when you upgraded your site to the latest version.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the response.

    Please see attached 3 screenshots as one example.

    1) The frontend - this section is supposed to have a background color
    2) You can see in the Editor there is a background color assigned
    3) You can see the "Design Options" tab is blank.

    Like I mentioned this is just one example, it is happening all over the website.

    I upgraded on 05 December via uploading the latest files via FTP as I could not access WP Admin because of critical errors due to my host upgrading the server to PHP8.
