Hi @scrapbookme

I see that you are using 2 templates at the same time to build your site: VC and Elementor templates.
You just can use one of them. This theme version was built with the Elementor template.
Also, if you have your own customization on the site, you have to take the backup first, then you can update the theme. However, we are not sure if what you updated would be the same updated files with the theme or not. You can create the Child theme and add all the customization there, it will be safe for you.

I was able to get this updated myself. You guys really need to include steps to update your theme in the documentation when you sell this theme. It is not acceptable to ask your customers to pay for support just to be notified how to update the theme because you do not bring up from the very beginning that it should be a must to install a child theme or you guys should provide the child theme in the installation files so that your customers can update your theme.
