Header Dukamarket problems

Hello,
I have imported the data as indicated in the manual:
1. From Dashboard, Ovic Plugins > Ovic Import Demo
2. Select to install the theme on the tab: Import Database > Click button: Install. This way will be faster
3. As shown in the attached picture dk-10.jpg.
Following the perfect reproduction of the import process just after I can't take the theme completely in hand. Here are the difficulties I am having in my work at the moment:
1. I would like to remove the "dukamarket" logo and replace it with my own on the home page which is a demo (See HP.png point 1)
2. I would like to change the text of point 5 as shown in the image (See HP.png point 5) to change the display text
3. I would like to disable the "Vertical Menu" on the home page because I don't need it at the moment (see HP.png point 2)
4. I can't change the placeholder of the search bar and its button by a custom text (See HP.png point 3)
5. I would also like to change the text of the pomit 4 (see HP.png point 4)
N.B : I have imported my logo and it is displayed very well in the product page and other. The difficulties that I encounter are mainly on the home page because in the Theme Option everything is done and applies perfectly in the other pages.
