Theme shows the mobile version in larger screens

Hi
We've been experiencing an issue where the website is periodically showing the mobile version instead of the regular version in a larger screen.
Can you please indicate if there is anything that we can configure to avoid that from happening? Is there any kind of configuration to indicate to the theme when it has to use the regular version instead of the mobile version?
