infinite reload after click Flag english (WPML plugin)

After installing WPML and clicking on the English flag, scrolling down the page on the site goes into continuous reload
I describe it better: after clicking on the English flag and scrolling the home page, the page continues to reload indefinitely without stopping.
step 1: click the English flag as in slide 1
