Adding Sections on front page.

On the front page we have 12 sections of categories (the ones called fashion etc):
First of all, we would like to have 13 instead of 12. Please let us know how to add the section (so we have one for each of the categories in the main category menu).
Now the problem is that, every time we add a new picture, it changes in both of the sections and we want to be able to customize each section separately with their own pictures.
