    Demo Content Migration is NOT WORKING

    Dear Sir/Madam

    We have been working for the past 10 hours to accomplish ONE thing. To migrate the demo content. Simply said, it DOES NOT WORK on PHP 8.1. We tried it on a PHP 7.3 system we were able to complete it once, but the menu's were not there. We tried again, it has been running for 2 hours and still not completed. We are not sure if this is going to complete. We can not tell if the content transfer is happening as we have no way to really test it.

    We are stuck, We will let it go as far as it can. We also see that the menu has duplicate entries on one system the other has no menu entries in some of them.

    So how is your site now?
    Which PHP version are you using for your site?
    And provide the admin + ftp account, take screenshots of your issues, then I will be easier to check all for you. Thanks!

    I guess you do not read. I am using PHP 8.1 also I did provide the access information to my site via the secret information section. I waited a day for you to ask me what I have already give to you.

    PHP 8.1
    MySQL 8.0.3

    I was only able to create the DEMO content under PHP 7.3. After I migrated the content, I switched back to PHP 8.1

    We are also using DOKAN Pro and having issues with the Dokan Dashboard display. It is all malformed.

    I also want to change the BreadCrum section of the site. I did not see anything in the template to do that. How can I do it?

    Hi,

    I also read your ticket. Just because I wonder how your site is. If it is working, it may be used in the lower PHP version

    So, pls check the account again and provide the correct one with the admin + FTP account.

    I have waited close 2 days. In them mean time i tired to migrate the demo content on 3 separate platforms. PHP 7.3 and 8.1 Neither worked. One of them worked once after 10 hours of waiting for it to finish. It is clear that this product does not work.

    After we got the demo loaded, we tried DOKAN support which did not work. We had to make changes to Dokan to make things work. But the final thing is that the Map is not visible when we try to see store list. We even purchased dokan-pro to see if it would help but it did not.

    Your first response to me was to ask me for the information which I have already provided. And since than radio silence. The demo content installation should take all but 10-20 minutes if that. After 3 days of waiting, I am still not able to reliably load the demo content and make the site work with Dokan Multi-Vendor.

    Therefore, I will be requesting refund due to the followings:
    1) Demo content installation SIMPLY does not work on PHP 7.X and 8.X versions
    2) Dokan Multi-vendor MAP does not display
    3) We have tried the Dokan on 3 other templates and we were able to do it.
    4) Mobile Rendering are no what is displayed. On Home-02 the left corner quarter circle menu does not appear

    We just purchased XStore out of desperation eventhough it will require more work, but the Demo Content installation took all but 5 minutes. Your templates are among the most expensive, and is suppose to be have "Premium Support" which is not the case.

    Pleas accept the refund request we will be submitting now.
