I noticed something weird. when I created the second admin user the site works perfectly. i dont understand whats going on.

I check your site in 2 cases: Login to the admin account and not login to the admin account, I got the same results with 3 links you provided:
- Login to the account:

So, pls clear the cache of your site and browser, then check your site again and let me know the result.
