Alight the buttons: DONE. He added the CSS in Theme Options.
.product-item .wcfmmp_sold_by_wrapper{

}

You should back up the CSS when you change or update the theme in the future.

Okay, I got the reason why:
Because the images you uploaded for your site did not have the same size. The main product image has this size: https://prnt.sc/jKN_r5VSJmUM
While the gallery image has this size: https://prnt.sc/y8BCfgYMBWjC
And when you set the Product shortcode, the size for the product is 600 x 600: https://prnt.sc/kK6flGFWWZdt.
It means that the larger size will be cut with this setting in the shortcode, and the lower size will not be cut, it keeps the original size => and the content will be pushed down as the problem that you said

=> So, the solution is that you must cut again all the images to make sure that the images have the suitable size with the settings in shortcode.

What size are you saying the product image has to be and what size are you saying the gallery images have to be ?

If you select the settings for an image size of the shortcode Products is 600 x 600 (https://prnt.sc/kK6flGFWWZdt), then both the main + gallery product images need to have a larger size (more than 600 x 600), then when it is uploaded and to be cut with this setting, the images will have the correct size.
