Hello,

I need help to install/ introduce the license of my purchase. I have already installed the template and load the data sample but I don't know where to introduce the license code.

Hi @diegodagsgl1,

If you can install the theme and load the demo data for your site successfully, then you just keep using the theme for your site.
If you need help checking anything, pls provide the correct account. I would like to access your site to check the issues for you.

Hello,

I would appreciate it if you could access my account and verify that I do not need to introduce the Purchase/License code.
I also see that one of the installed plugins, Elementor, has a Pro version. Is it because of the license I have not introduced, or is it unnecessary?

Ah. If you want to use the Elementor Pro, then you have to purchase its license. Because when developing the theme, we just use the basic version of this plugin to make sure that we can build the content based on this template.
So when the customers purchase the theme, they will use the basic version of this plugin. When you need to use the higher version, you have to purchase the license for it. It does not depend on the purchase code of your account when you purchase our theme.
