Hi

Why have you not been answering our tickets ? and now i find that you closed the ticket.

Hi @greenrep,

We used to have some problems with the system. So I guess that it affects to the tickets.
However, as I check, all closed tickets were closed by you. So on this ticket, please let me know all the remaining issues. Provide accounts, take screenshots then I will help you to check.
