How can I customize the product part, where can I find that template, I attach an image... Please, it's urgent, so far they don't respond and it's been several days...

The product single page is one of the pages of WooCommerce. We don't design this page.
The theme just has the option to edit some basic parts only. It's in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/jciuF1KcUJIy
So, please let me know exactly the parts you want to customize. I will ask the coder of the theme if he can help you.

I want to add additional fields for the sale of my books, I want to add the substitute field, Authors, edition, pages... I already have them added in Woocomer products, I just want the data to be reflected in the part of the image that I send them

As the default template of Woo, it does not have this form. We also just develop the theme based on Woo's default template only. So we do not have the form that you required. Hope you understand this.

2. My coder checked your site and gave you the CSS to do this:
.header.style-01 .box-nav-vertical .block-title{
color: #fff;
background-color: var(--default-color);
}
.ovic-tab.style-02 .tab-title{
color: #fff;
background-color: var(--default-color);
}

Change the color code then you will get the result.
