    Checkout not working

    Hello,
    From last day onwards, when a customer try to place an order checkout is not working, when clicking on the place order button an error message is showing that " Error processing checkout. ", So we have updated the theme today, but there is no change the error message is still coming. When we try to place the order from backend the order has been placed ( checkout is working correctly), but when we check from incognito an error message is showing. We have rollback to the previous version of woocommerce also but there is no change. Can You please help as fast as possible.

    Hello,

    Now we have switched to the default theme and try to place the order same error message is showing. Can You please help us, Since this is one of our main site and this problem is affecting the sales badly.

    Hello,

    Now the problem is that in the checkout page when we click on the place order button sometimes the order is placed and payment option will come. in this case if we close the payment option and click on cancel button critical error message is coming. But sometimes when clicking on place order error message is coming ie, critical error and order will not be placed. I don't know what is happening. This is one of our main site and orders are coming on every second. Due to this issue it is affecting the sale. Can You please help us to solve this issue

    I don't see the problem in your screenshot. And my process is successful.

    Thank You For your help we understand that this bug was due to a plugin named jetpack, before the update of the plugin error processing during checkout bug was coming and on last day there was an update of this plugin then critical error was showing. so we remove that plugin

    Okay. So you have to remove the plugin that affects the theme also.
