My theme conflicting with other plugin

Actually, i am using the elenor theme on my website and I have to add a quantity step control plugin which can control the product quantity means i just want to add products in cart in even numbers quantity but whenever I will use the specific plugin it conflicts with the site and create design issues so kindly resolver my issues within minimum time as soon as possible
Once you login the site you can activate the plugin which i wanna use.
