shipping zone regions doesnt show regions

normally when we set up shipping in the shipping zone, we are normally able to select regions but this demo seems to have bug in this area
i can't see any regions that are able to choose

Hi,

I sent your issue to my coder and now I get his answer:
Because you put these options is empty: https://prnt.sc/yUz30l6L4CQL
So you should select more of the countries in the box: Ship to specific countries / Or Select All countries for the box Shipping Locations.
It will work
