    Mega Menu Not Appearing On Front End

    Hi Support

    I want to add a mega menu to my shop page in the primary menu. I am using the elementor page builder and when I add the elementor mega menu option to the shop page in the menu settings, I can see it has added it but on the front end there is no menu appearing.

    I have added screenshopts and would appreciate if you could let me know where I have gone wrong.

    Hi Support

    Apologies but I forgot that if you are based outside of europe my hosting company will block you from accessing the wordpress login page. If you let me know which country you will be logging in from, I can white list it.

    Thank you for your reply. I have whitelisted Vietnam (VN) so you should now be able to acces the wordpress dashboard.

    I check your site, and I see that you should tick on this box: https://prnt.sc/ca26Ij7_eYma so that the mega menu will be shown on your site.
    After I setup, now the menu is displaying: https://prnt.sc/oX8xvsez4_tV
    However, you have to config again to make the mega menu show correctly.

    Kindly check it again and let me know if you need any help.
