Problem with sample data import

Hello,
At the beginning, I bought this theme to install home-16 version.
After installing theme, I tried to import demo content according to attached instruction:
- Tools -> Import -> Wordpress -> Choose file (content.xml) -> assign admin as an author and after few minutes I received 502 Error.
Following host parameters was ok:
max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
So I went to Ovic Plugins -> Ovic Import Demo and I found only one version.
Could you pls tell me what is wrong?
