About page banner image is not centralized in mobile view

How can I make About page banner image centralized. Now only a small portion of the image is visible in mobile view as given in the attached document. Also how can I give an overlay to the image so that the texts are more visible.

Hi,

It seems that the reason is that your banner image has multi-details and those details are quite large. So when displaying on the mobile version, it will just show the center position only. The interface on the mobile version will not able to show all characters/details as you see on the desktop version.
So you can check again the banner
