demo contents not importing, no clear documentation on how to import the contents

the theme folder contains many files like sample data, widget.wie file, contents.xml and there is no documentation on how to import the files. please i want my site to look like the demo site because that is why i bought the theme thanks, please its urgent, i need clearguideline on how to install and import the demo contents just like the demo sites thanks.
