Hi, I have already requested a refund and I don't want a fix for a theme that has nearly destroyed everything. I don't want your theme, it is not working for me and I don't want nobody to try to fix. I have removed your theme and I want a refund, it is not working for me. Please issue a refund before I start sending very negative reviews about your service. Thank you.

I hope you will understand this. Because the support system is to let the customers submit the tickets and then we will check and help them solve all problems belonging to the theme. So when you requested the refund on Envato, please be patient to wait for the Admin team there. They will check it and solve your requirement. We do not check the refund request here.
