the sidebar of the shop page disappear after I install the allimports plugin

Thank you very much for your quick reply, let me explain clearly my problem. I have inserted 2 different videos, and 2 cap screen pictures. The first picture named sidebar.jpg there is a red box and that is the sidebar I am refering to. The 2nd picture showing that the sidebar should be on the shop page which I have put a orange box on that picture showing you where is the shop page, so basically if you press that tab, you should be going to the shop page, and it should show all the items and the side bar. However, you should able to see from our video (now without sidebar problem) , you can see when I click on the shop page tab, the shop page doesn't show the side bar, until I press the grid button. The correct video is showing the page should look like the video which when we press the tab, the page should show everything including the tab and the sidebar.

This happens after I install the WP allimport plugin (https://www.wpallimport.com/) and import some product categories and product brands, and it has an email telling me that there is an error and the error msg shows as following:

However, I am still confused about your issue. Do you mean that you want to show the sidebar on any page? Or what is the exact requirement for this?
