    Theme Update Manually

    ThemeForest gives me an update theme file and how can I update that theme file manually without impacting the current site running well.
    Current Theme version is 2.2.2 and update theme is 2.2.4.

    Hi @sawmyint

    Each time when we update the new theme version, we also note in the changelog the problems need to be updated.
    You can refer to this link: https://new-boutique.kutethemes.net/wp-content/themes/kute-boutique/changelog.txt and check if there is anything that you also changed. Also, we will not support the customized site. Because when you use our theme, you need to update to the latest version so that your site will work will all the updated functions. All the changes should be added in the Child theme. It's safe for your site.

    Hello Yame,
    This is not customized site and I want you to support for how can I update the theme to latest version.
    I can't find any button to update the theme automatically.

    Ahh. If you don't find any button to update the theme automatically, so you can do it manually.

    So please make sure that you do not change or custom anything to the Main theme. If not, all your changes will be lost after you update the theme to the new version. And now, pls follow these steps to update manually the theme:


    Step 1: Go to Appearance >> Themes > Activate the default theme of WP
    Step 2: Delete the Current Boutique theme on your site.
    Step 3: After downloading the new theme package on TF, pls extract and find the theme zip file => go to Appearance >> Themes >> Add new and upload the new theme package version to your site.
    Step 4: Await a bit until it's finished and activate the theme. Then your site will be in the latest version of this theme.
