In order to update the Main Theme, please make sure that you do not have any own customization or changed anything from the default template.
Because we will not know what you changed for your site, and when you update the theme, the things you changes are the things we update, then all will be lost. So, you should backup all your own customization that you add for the Main theme move them to the Child theme, or paste them to another place. Even the code, CSS, ... Also, we will not support the customized site.

Come back to updating the theme to a new version:
Step 1: Appearance >> Themes >> Activate the default theme of WP
Step 2: Delete the current boutique theme on your site.
Step 3: After downloading and extracting the theme package on TF, please choose the latest package version of the theme and upload it to your site.
Step 4: Wait for the uploading process, and then activate the newly uploaded theme.
