The theme is not working good / The Team Does not look like the Demo.

These 2 questions are also answered in the documentation of the theme.
1. You have to switch to the home page you want after installing the theme successfully:

2. Because you still enable the Meta box mode in Custom Theme Options. That's why all settings in Theme Options are not applied to your whole site:
