I have three issues/confusions and i need help for them ASAP

I want to change the color of the header and change the layout of the search box just like another page of our theme.
On the mega menu, when I hover on it. I want to show categories and subcategories just like the theme pages showing. but it is not showing categories and subcategories like that please help
I want to show only subcategories on the categories page. (please note: I do not want to show products or a banner on a category page. IT should only show sub categories and after clicking on subcategories it should show banners and products)
I want to add extra fields on a single product page, how can I add them? And also when I add something in the short description tab. It is not showing on the front end???
