    Colour Boxes name is not displaying

    Colour Boxes name for products is displaying in desktop but its not displaying in mobile view. It was displaying the colour name on selecting the colour. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

    Please provide a solution as soon as possible since its difficult for customers to identify the colour. The issue is on mobile only.

    It was displaying the colour name on selecting the colour, as shown in the attached document. COlour names are not displaying on selecting the colour in mobile view.

    Ahh. Because on the desktop version, you can hover the mouse on the color box, so the name will appear.
    But on the mobile version, you cannot hover, just see the color box and then click to select. So we cannot design the color name to display in this way.

    Now in the mobile view of some product the colour name is showing as a popup when clicking on a colour, But for certain product it is not displaying. Can you please tell a solution for this.

    Hi,
    As we have discussed earlier, the problem is for some products the color name is not displaying in mobile view, but for some products the colour box names are displaying on placing the cursor in both mobile and desktop view.
