Hi,

In order to change something for the header, you can change in Theme Options.
The header's menu will be set in these boxes: https://prnt.sc/-Q4nNv4I3xeR. And then go to Appearance >> Menus and select that menu to edit all items there: https://prnt.sc/h91GbU47THd8

In case you change something in Theme Options but it does not change in front end, it means that you still enable the Meta box mode in Custom Theme Options of the individual page.
Click Edit page: https://prnt.sc/vLEYPhaXHNwB >> scroll down and turn this mode off: https://prnt.sc/cEOVOOqDEhr8
Then all settings in Theme Options will be applied to your site.
