You use both WPBakery and Elementor templates at the same time so it causes the problem: https://prnt.sc/NzxfAiEGWJMN
Just use one of them. This page has the content of WPB so you should use this template. In case you want to use the Elementor template, you have to delete all content of WPB (the red mark below) and then go to Elementor to build again.
