Trouble to modify MEGAMENU and aspects of top header

Ok, I'm sorry but I had problems with the another ticket. But now i share you the information with issues in a picture like screenshot, please help me with that.

1. Manage vertical menu:

2. Header:

- Go to Appearance >> Menus > select the menus above and edit all menu items there:

3. All categories (https://prnt.sc/ueoeN5cuWdfo): You will not able to modify all categories in this section. Because all categories here will show automatically as the categories you built. It's in Products >> Categories: https://prnt.sc/rZPF0p-IUokK
If you want to edit, you have to go there.

4. Change language (https://prnt.sc/EaU66YnJW1hz): I installed a plugin named Loco Translate. It is free and it supports translating all the texts on your site manually
