    Strange. It never asks me for a zip code. If I go to http://twobirdsonestone1238sobo.com/wp-admin/ and enter the username and pass, it opens Wordpress. Do you think it is trying to "two factor" indentify? The zip code would be 80223. You can also log into Ionos.com (the server provider) and navigate to the website that way. Do you have another suggestion on how to access Wordpress sites? Thanks, Anne

    You can also try 80210 for the zip. I am not sure which I used.

    As I guessed, you could not install the theme properly.
    Also, you are using the older version of the theme (1.x.x)
    Now we do not develop this version anymore. We have the new template with Elementor for this theme and we will just focus to develop this version (2.x.x)
    So do you want to use this template? If you want, can I reset your site from scratch and will help you to install again the theme?

    Hi. Thank you so much for fixing the website. I am still having trouble editing. Elementor blocks a lot of elements unless I "Go Pro". WPBakery is not working. I can get to the edit page, but I cannot access any of the elements.

    I am trying to create a Testimonials page. Do you have any templates for this?

    I am using the About Us template, but I cannot figure out how to change the header?

    - WPBakery is not working: You should not use 2 templates at the same time. This version of the theme was developed based on the Elementor. So you should deactivate WPBakery.
    - how to change the header: I see you change the logo, and set up the header in Theme Options. But you should turn off the Meta box mode, then all settings in Theme Options will be applied for your site: https://prnt.sc/w1NlupMh6k8G

    Thank you. I disabled the WPBakery plugin. I still can't access most of the options in Elementor, as they are reserved for Pro mode. Do I have to pay extra to use Pro mode with this theme? Thanks, Anne

    Hi. I can edit with Elementor, but most of the options are locked and says I need a pro account to access them. Some of these elements are things like portfolio and testimonials. Is there a way to unlock these options?

    We build the theme based on the template of Elementor and we just make sure that the theme complete can work well with this template.
    So we do not purchase the Pro version of Elementor. If you need to improve more, you can buy a pro license for your site. We just have the free version only.

    You are using the theme version that we built the content with Elementor.
    We also have another version of this theme that used VC to build the content. So you should consider using the correct theme version with its template.

    Hi. I am trying to copy elements from one page to another. I can't access the code to copy and paste. When I choose to EDIT a page, I cannot access "classic mode" to select "text" to copy the code to paste it into another page. Thanks, Anne

    Hi. If I want to change things like the provided content styles or the provided product display styles, do I need to by Elementor? For example, my client wants a dark background, so for the main text to show, I changed the main color in the Theme Options to white. This then changes the color on some of the WooCommerce text to white, which does not show in the white boxes. The Shop page is a good example of this. I can't see the title text in the boxes on a dark background unless I change the Main Color to white, but this changes the text color in the product list on the Workshops page.

    If I buy Elementor, will I be able to customize the provided product styles? Change the color of text? Remove functions like compare?

    Also, how do I add Testimonials to the slider at the bottom of the Testimonials page? I copied it from a demo page, but can't figure out how to add testimonials.
