The screenshot you took is the theme version 3.x. This is the new version.
So, my coder has added the CSS so that the header on your site is the same as the new version of the theme.
The CSS is in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/ImT56GLhtv4R
You should back up the CSS when you change or update the theme in the future.
