Widget Problem and ...

Hi and Happy new year
thank you for your previous support and I just have some questions and problems for now , hope to solve like others
1) one Of my widget area disappeared from widget area ( the area where you put mailchimp newsletter )
I removed maichimp newsletter from it and added a text instead of it but Now that I want to change the text, I saw the area is missing ( it's name was footer social network, I think ) How can I recover it? notice that the text is shown on front end On the website and when selecting a widget I can see the area name but the area is not available
2) when a product has more than 3 pictures in product gallery , the theme doesn't show all but three of them when scrolling.
