request deleted why?

Hi
this is my third request regarding site loading speed . why you guys deleted my previous the post , which was not sorted out ?
why no one is answerable to my question for the past 45 days . do you call this as good customer support ????
from the beginning i was complaining about site loading speed . i did not received any proper answer / support to my query .
