How can I control which products to show in different tabs?

As shown in the attached photo, I have 4 categories in this block, such as the most popular and the highest rated. How can I control which products to show in different tabs. I have made changes to the settings for different tabs. But I could not see any products in some tags and some are showing wrong products, e.g. the "highest rated" and the "newest" share the same.

Hi, @Bonhamwest

The first 3 boxes will get the products as the rule of Woo. You cannot choose one by one to be shown there.
The box of Newest, the products will be shown as the newest dáy you set up in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/yoRLvcpxghZ9. You also cannot select one by one to let it shows.
