    Boutique Installations

    Hello,

    I bought your Boutique theme but upon trying to install, I found two parent themes ( Boutique Theme 1.3X and Boutique Theme 2.X) this is confusing which one are we meant to use?

    Also, the demo 36 is not available when i tried to import. Is there a reason why i could not import the demo?

    Hi, @larby2

    If you want to use the new template of this theme, you should use version 2.x. It will work with the Elementor template.
    If not, you can use the older version, 1.x

    If you have any difficulties with installing this theme, please provide me your admin + FTP (cPanel is better) account the provide the demo link that you want to install. I will check and help you

    Please go ahead and make the reset on the content, the demo I would like to use is demo 36. I saw the screenshot and what value would you like me (host) to increase it to?

    I would like to know how it was installed, this does not seem straight forward which is unlike kutethemes.

    Now you can check your site. It is running with homepage 36.
    However, the images of products do not show. If it is not important, you can replace it with your images. Basically, your site is working well. Pls check then let me know.

    Lastly, the theme is bought for damidols.com but its being developed on the domain test.wiklys.com.ng once that is done it would be moved to Damidols.com. Would this be a problem once we activate the purchase code on test.wiklys.com.ng

    That statement above was the first thing we sent to you but you never responded, test.wiklys.com.ng is a dev site and Damidols.com is the live site. Why are you asking me to subscribe when i have 5 months of support. Is this a joke to you? Please, I am already irritated, don't add to it.

    Back to the Issue, we got this notification from search console about breadcrumbs. see details below

    1. I would like to explain the expired support term:
    I check and see that you have 02 license keys of Kutethemes: one is for Bifuny theme (it's expired: https://prnt.sc/lRpuy2oznNcp), one is Boutique theme (it's still available: https://prnt.sc/ngPSjR0x9BjD)

    In this ticket, you are using the license key for the registered domain: test.wiklys.com.ng (license key: ****2a3f6). It still works and we will continue to support this license.
    In another ticket (https://support.kutethemes.com/topic/show-topic/83506), you used the license key for the registered domain: http://damidols.com (license key: ****9443e) It was expired and it was the license for the Bifuny theme. Don't know why you could submit a ticket for the Boutique theme. And that's why I asked you to extend the support term for this license. One license will just be assigned for only one domain. And we will just support the available license.

    2. Back to the issue of your site: This ticket was submitted with the available license. So do you have any problem with this domain? test.wiklys.com.ng
    The problem you said above was for the other domain, right?

    Change the purchase code "1edcfe4d-8193-4***-b961-8*****2a3f6" to Damidols.com.

    I am getting frustrated with your behavior, all we have done is purchase a theme for Damidols.com but you are bent on frustrating us. Bi-Funny was bought years back "2019" and you have stop updating the theme, the brand "Damidols" wanted to upgrade their website and we choose to buy your theme "Boutique" for the same website. Test.wiklys.com.ng is where we configured the theme before we moved it to Damidols. Why is this too complex for you to understand? Or would you like I send themeforest an email of you asking me to pay for another support when I have a 5 month support on this account.

    Check test.wiklys.com.ng, boutique theme has been moved away from there to Damidols.com. For godsake, if you don't understand English, please let me speak to another support. I am loosing it with you

    I am so sorry to make you see that I am having bad behavior. I just want to explain that one license will be registered for only one domain. And we will just support the available domain and I really understood your case.
    The question here is that you want to change the purchase code ***2a3f6 to Damidols.com while the domain Damidols.com belonged to the expired domain.
