The cause by the cache plugins, they are conflicted together( I just deactivae one and it works fine now)

I need to use the W3 Total Cache with Amazon CDN to speed up the site loading. When I upload the files to Amazon S3 through W3 Total Cache, the theme images were unable to upload because the sources of them were not found. As a result, the images could not be shown on the page. Please advise what to do if I want to speed up the site with that without losing the images.
