Also the Mobile View is showing as Desktop view on On Laptop.. i still see mobile view of the Website

Could you describe more detail by screenshots and provide wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts via secret information area? I would like to check in your site and guide you.

The main issues
1. Web view / Mobile View : The web view disappear if i'm not logged in as Admin in any browser.. But each time i used another browser or same browser web view disappeared and im left with mobile view.

2. How do i add more option to the mobile view. I need same header that appears in Web view to be available in mobile view.

The cause by your page setting. You have to turn off the Enable Metabox Option mode at the dashboard>>Pages>>edit your home front page>>Custom Theme Option>>General as the attachment file before.( I did)
