You can change at the Dashboard>>Ovic panel>>Theme Options>>Mobile>>Mobile Layout>>Background Mobile and change your color or image there.
Please do follow this step and let me know the result.

Also, the mobile menu isn't working either why is that so?

under that mobile banner of WordPress need the client logo there?

I have checked your site, it's too old ( Armania version 1.0.4). Do you have customize your site? Where are you customize it? If you have not do anythings then please backup your site before and update to the latest theme version( it's the Armania version 1.2.6) and let me know the result.
