I am sory because i am on holidays, it's new year time here ( Lunar New Year in Asia ) I will go back on comming Monday.
About your question, the author of theme said that it does not include in theme because there are much plugins, they support it

My coders said that there is no ajax shop, this has many plugins already and the sample option is just for example, just for developers, customers don't need it.
