    You enter the Dashboard>>Ovic panel>>Theme Options>>Generals>>ACE Settings and enter these CSS codes:
    .header.style-10 {
    background-color: #337ab7;
    }
    .header.style-10 .top-bar {
    background-color: #337ab7;
    }
    .header.style-10 .header-nav-inner {
    background-color: #337ab7;
    }
    NOTE: You should change your color code
    Plz do it and let me know the results.

    I updated the website and it's changing the header colors works fine , thank you

    but still these too part that i cannot change , categorie and cart please advise

    it's only chaning on the desktop not mobile or tablet mode. how can i fix that please
