    Custom permalinks not working

    Hi. I come with a problem with permalinks working properly.

    I want to set the form of permalinks the same as you use in your Moozo template.
    Currently, there is the default form of permalinks. I want to change it to a more readable one, like you have.

    For example:
    /product-category/tools/generators/ - Your style
    /?product_cat=generators - My style, I want to set it up as it is

    /about-us/ - Your style
    /?page_id=1037 - My style, I want to set it up as it is

    I tried to set them myself. I did everything in the settings as it should and the setting was successful.

    However, there is a problem - all the resources on the site are down. There is an "Not found" error. I am sending a screen showing the proof in the attachment.

    So how do you apply the new settings so that each subpage / entry / product applies this setting change?

    PS. I have now reverted everything back to my old default permalink way.

    My codes said that the cause by your host, it's missed the .htaccess file. Please check again

    I support, I had the same problem. However, then I changed the access level to the .htaccess file and the settings were saved successfully.

    You have to go to FTP and change the .htaccess permission level if the problem persists. (chmod) You have FTP passwords.

    Will you check if it is ok now and you can continue helping?

    i tried many times but it still there. I am not sure because i have not much experience about hosting. I think that it's host issue. I sent to coders, they will check and find out the cause.

    Hi. As you advised, I entered your code into the .haccess file. (screen in attachment) Then I set up the new permalinks again. I even deleted the cookies.

    Unfortunately, it didn't help. Still, after entering each subpage, product and entry, the following message appears:
    404 Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    What should I do? This is a very important problem that prevents further work on the store.
    Should I give specific guidelines to the hosting admin? Just please indicate what to tell him, what should be changed in the settings if this is a problem.

    PS. Classic widgets plugin is installed and is already in the previous style.

    I do not know what did you do in your host. Can you create a new domain and i will install theme again ? You can install wordpress only

    Hi Maason,
    I have discussed this problem with our server vendor. He suspect the fault is on the UMASK side of the FTP.
    He will check it. As soon as I have new information, I will write immediately.
    Let's wait, let's not install a new instance of wordpress for now.
