It appears after the item is purchased successfully.

Maybe it is part of the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].

It's woocommerce plugin. As i mentioned that we can not do anythings in it. In this case you can re-translate this string by the Loco Translate plugin or contact to theu author of the Woocommerce plugin, they will check and help you.
