Help with Super Shop Theme on Prestashop 1.7.5.2 and module

How are you?
I'm contacting with you about your supershop theme. Some months ago, one of your colleagues (Maason) helped me with some issues we are experiencing with the installation of your theme. I have just checked our Envato account status and I have noticed that our support has expired, so I have just renewed it.
I have faced another issue: in this case apparently with the compatibility of the theme (or any of the modules included) and one purchased module we need to install and use in our website. Although I have also contacted the module development team, I would like to contact you too to check everything seems fine.
Additionally, I'm having some doubts and I would like to know if the theme is compatible with the child theme Prestashop option and to make sure I have created it in the right way.
One more thing: as our website in production is still using an old Prestashop version (1.5.6) we are working on a development hosting to make all tests and functionality. I'm attaching the secret information data access to this development environment so you can access with any problem.
