    In your case then you should double check your configuration because it is not theme related as it is a separate plugin.

    The header is a separate plugin? That makes no sense. Plus, it works fine on the live site. The only variable here is your theme. Everything else is identical.

    However, he doesn't where it is written. You should check it again and delete it. Or add a new CSS to insert this and the button of menu will work on the mobile version.
